AFCtow is a pre-launch technology marketplace, not a towing company. Live service requests are not yet available. The planned initial service area is Broward County, Florida.
Who the program is for
The program is intended for independent towing, roadside-assistance, recovery, transport, fleet, and related service businesses interested in using AFCtow provider tools after launch.
How the marketplace is planned to work
- Applicants would submit business and provider information for review.
- AFCtow may review readiness and compliance records before granting provider-tool or dispatch access.
- After launch and activation, providers may receive dispatch opportunities and can accept or decline them.
- An application does not guarantee approval, activation, dispatch access, job volume, territory coverage, ranking, payout, or ongoing participation.
Published provider requirements
The Marketplace Provider Agreement requires providers to maintain licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, equipment, inspections, authority, and qualifications required for accepted services in each operating area. Providers must provide accurate onboarding and compliance information and promptly update AFCtow if relevant coverage, authority, ownership, drivers, vehicles, insurance, or eligibility changes.
AFCtow may request proof of insurance, business registration, vehicle and driver information, service capabilities, territory information, and other compliance records before or after activation. The application and activation decision remain subject to the published Provider Agreement.
