Preparing for launch in Pembroke Pines, Florida

Towing and roadside assistance requests in Pembroke Pines

Pembroke Pines travel often crosses broad east-west roads, residential communities, shopping areas, and connections toward I-75 and Florida's Turnpike. After launch, AFCtow plans to provide a mobile-friendly way for drivers to submit towing or supported roadside-assistance requests for independent providers to review. AFCtow is not the company performing the work, and live service requests are not yet available.

Marketplace process

How AFCtow Works

1. Describe the request after launch

Customers would be able to select a supported request category and provide vehicle and pickup details.

2. Seek an eligible provider after launch

AFCtow would share the submitted request through its technology marketplace with independent providers to review.

3. Follow the request if accepted

If a provider accepted after launch, customers could use AFCtow to follow the request and contact support.

Marketplace disclosure

Independent providers fulfill services

AFCtow is a technology marketplace, not a towing company, motor carrier, or emergency service. AFCtow is preparing for launch and is not currently accepting live service requests. After launch, accepted services will be performed by independent towing and roadside-assistance providers, subject to provider availability.

The planned pilot is intended to support eligible pickup locations in Pembroke Pines and nearby parts of western Broward County. After launch, gated access, parking restrictions, roadway safety, vehicle condition, and independent-provider availability may affect fulfillment.
