AFCtow Marketplace

Preparing to connect South Florida customers with independent towing and roadside assistance professionals.

How AFCtow Works

How AFCtow connects drivers with independent roadside providers

After launch, AFCtow plans to collect your service, vehicle, pickup, destination, and payment details so independent providers can review your request.

A technology marketplace, not a towing company

AFCtow is preparing to connect drivers who need towing or roadside help with independent service providers. Live service requests are not yet available. AFCtow does not operate tow trucks, act as a motor carrier, or guarantee that a provider will be available.

Independent providers decide whether to accept a request based on their location, equipment, the service needed, access to the vehicle, and availability.

What you will need to provide

After launch, the planned booking process will ask what help you need, your vehicle details, where the vehicle is located, and any access instructions. For towing, you will also need a destination. These details help a provider decide whether they have the right equipment and can reach your vehicle.

Customers should describe unusual access, vehicle damage, wheel or tire conditions, parking-garage restrictions, and other facts that could affect safe service.

What is planned after you submit a request

After launch, AFCtow plans to look for an available independent provider once you complete the required booking steps. Submitting a request will not guarantee that a provider accepts it.

If a provider accepts after launch, AFCtow plans to show updates so you can follow your request and coordinate with the provider. Arrival time will depend on provider availability, distance, traffic, weather, and access to your vehicle.

Safety comes first

AFCtow is not an emergency-response service. Call 911 when there is an immediate threat to life, a collision requiring emergency response, fire, suspected criminal activity, or another emergency.

Drivers should follow lawful instructions from police, fire, transportation, property, and roadway authorities. A marketplace request does not replace those authorities.
